For many of us, maintaining an active lifestyle can be a delightful yet challenging endeavor. Personally, I’m diligently sticking with my established run and walk routine, a rhythm that has become integral to my well-being. However, the moment I veer off schedule, the impact is immediate and undeniable. I feel sluggish, and the thought of restarting after a week or more of inactivity often seems daunting.
